What is the difference between Teji Cha Premium and Gold?
Teji Cha Premium is selected for maximum strength — the tea for people who want their chai kadak. Teji Cha Gold is selected for a rounder, more aromatic cup with slightly less intensity. Both are made for milk chai.

How much tea should I use per cup?
About 1 level teaspoon (2g) per cup of 200ml. Adjust to taste — some prefer it stronger.
