How to Brew Teji Cha Premium

Boil the water
Bring 1 cup (200 ml) of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.

Add the tea
Add 1 level teaspoon (about 2 g) of Teji Cha Premium CTC granules. Let it boil for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Pour in the milk
Add ½ cup (100 ml) of full-cream milk. Bring back to a boil, then simmer for 1 minute.

Strain and serve
Strain into a cup. Add sugar to taste. Serve hot.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
